I create a safe space for both to share their feelings, needs, and concerns, encouraging understanding and empathy.
Intensive Couple Workshop: 4 hrs $350 For couples who would like 4 consecutive hours to start the process of engagnement of therapy.

Family sessions include three or more people and last 1.5 hours to give everyone time to talk. Families can feel overwhelmed during tough times. I create a safe space for everyone to share their feelings and worries without judgment.

I mainly work with Emotionally Focused Therapy and Internal Family Systems (IFS). I see people as made of different “parts,” each wanting close, secure relationships with family and friends. When we feel disconnected, we may act in ways that seem critical or avoidant. This often leads to more hurt and distance.
My goal is to help you explore your inner world, heal old pain, and understand yourself better. Together, we build self-acceptance and kindness, and I give you tools to handle life’s difficulties.
